In this Functional Fitness series, we focus on a different functional goal each month to help you become stronger, more mobile, and live with greater ease.

This month, we'll cover the ability to get up and down from the floor. Learn exercises to strengthen the muscles that make this movement smoother and more accessible. You’ll also practice safety techniques and explore tools to help you in emergencies. This class is gentle, accessible, and requires nothing special—just come as you are!
