Gentle Yoga

This class includes a combination of slow, gentle movements, long holds and meditation. Movement will focus on exploring flexibility, balance and strength in our bodies. Opportunities for challenge and rest are provided throughout class. 

Perfect for beginners, but you should be able to get off the ground without assistance as we will not be using chairs in this class. 

Bring a yoga or pilates mat and a blanket or towel if you have one!
